Heh. I seldom if ever use this blog to promote something but that changes this night. Read The Shack! There. Period. I said it. This is an amazing book. After you read it, read it again, and tell your friends. And note the special project mentioned in the back of the book. "Missy's Project"....Hollywood has come knocking and this book, made into a movie, would be as instrumental in making God known as "The Passion" was. So, I say it again....read The Shack. Oh yes...I have read it. So much to take in all at once! I've only read it once, but it needs to be re-read more than once to get something new each time. I found myself wavering between..."this is such a liberating view of Christ" to "is this a tad too relaxed of a view?" I've been dying to hear others' views, however, and have enjoyed poking around at the website for the book. I'd love to hear more of your impressions...

when i ordered the shack, i also bought this book ... www.jakecolsen.com ... and read it first. has changed my life. i still have the shack on my nightstand and look forward to reading that, too. :)
